It’s so hot outside!  That’s ok, it’s the perfect time to go someplace fun, interesting and family oriented.  The Austin Children’s Museum!  You’ll find great exhibits such as Ready, Set, Roll, a kids introduction to physics; Global City, a little city is made up of eight role-play environments; Funstruction Zone, a 3-level active play zone featuring kid-friendly construction materials, tools and operable equipment. Besides these and many more exhibits you will find interactive educational programs like summer camp, story time and sleep overs. Austin Children’s Museum creates innovative learning experiences for children and families that equip and inspire the next generation of creative problem solvers.

Exceptional exhibits for all kids! The Austin Children’s Museum exhibits are designed to educate and entertain the curious minds of children and their grown-ups. With over 12,500 square feet of gallery and program space, there is plenty of room to learn, explore and play.

It is the goal of the Austin Children’s Museum to provide highly interactive and quality educational programs for children 0-11 and their families.

Austin Children’s Museum strives to make Museum experiences available to all in our community through its outreach activities. By providing Museum experiences to underserved audiences, ACM broadens its ability to equip and inspire the next generation of creative problem solvers

Hours
Monday: Noon to 5pm (June 5 – August 27)
Tuesday – Saturday: 10am to 5pm
Wednesday Nights: 5pm to 8pm, admission by donation
Sunday: Noon to 5pm, (4pm – 5pm FREE)

Admissions
Adults: $6.50
Children 2 yrs. old & older: $6.50
12-23 months: $4.50 | under 12 months FREE

Baby Bloomer Mondays: 9am-Noon
Cub Club Saturdays: 9am-Noon
Baby Bloomers and Cub Club are special programs for children under 3yrs ONLY.
Admission is $2 for Members, $4 for non-members per person.
