Austin Spooky Events – Halloween 2013 – Here are a few of the many Halloween events for the family scheduled around Austin for 2013.  We hope you have a fun and happy Halloween!

Spooktacular 2013 at Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum – Visit the museum to enjoy history’s spooky stories, life as a bat, crafts, face painting, be in the parade, treats and prizes. Wear your costume!

“When darkness falls at the Bullock Museum, history’s spookiest stories are brought to light. Discover terror-ific tales of Texas through games, storytelling, costumes and more! Discover what life is like for a bat and create your own pet bat to take home; or try your hand at spooky trivia and storytelling in the museum galleries; and get your face painted like your favorite Halloween creature. Wear a costume and join in a parade across the museum. Plus, treats and prizes for all attendees.”
