May 23rd through June 9th join over 30,000 music lovers from all over the world for the longest running annual music festival of it’s kind in North America. Since 1972 it’s been a place where musicians of all stages of development come together and play together.

The Kerville Folk Festival 2013 won’t disappoint. The line-up of musicians performing on stage during the 18 day gathering include The Roys, The Farewell Drifters, MilkDrive, The Stray Birds, Birds of Chicagow/ JT Nero & Allison Russell, Ray Bonneville, Dala, Peter Yarrow, David Broza, Max Gomez, Trout Fishing in America, The Steel Wheels, Bill Staines, Lost & Nameless Orchestra, Parker Millsap, Gary P Nunn, Sweetback Sisters, Aengus Finnan, Dirty River Boys, Joy Kills Sorrow, Jon Brooks, Susan Werner, Bob Franke, The Warren Hood Band, Hayes Carll, Kelly Willis & Bruce Robison and many more!

Since 1972 over 1500 singer-songwriters have taken the stage. You’ll find a wide variety of music styles including folk, blues, jazz, Americana, bluegrass, acoustic rock and jazz.

“The focus of the festivals is to promote emerging artists while giving our audience exposure to both new and recognized, seasoned talent. Major label artists such as Lyle Lovett, Willie Nelson, Michelle Shocked, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Robert Earl Keen, Lucinda Williams, and Nancy Griffith played Kerrville early in their careers. Through the years, the Kerrville stage has seen other nationally known artists like Peter Paul & Mary, Judy Collins, Janis Ian and Arlo Guthrie, while others such as singer/songwriter/actor Ronny Cox play on our stages any given year.”

There’s lots more than music at the Kerrville Folk Festival 2013, in addition to awesome musical talent you will find, a songwriters school, hill country bike rides, canoe trips on the Guadalupe River, Sunday Services and special concerts and activities for children.

15% discount if tickets are purchased between April 17 & May 23.
Beginning May 24, all Tickets will be sold at Gate Price.
