Wells Branch is located North of Downtown and South of Round Rock, between Interstate 35 and Mopac. With Wells Branch Parkway running almost right through the middle. It’s mostly a quiet residential area, except for the great shopping and dining opportunities at the Domain, an open air, pedestrian-friendly, shopping center that includes the Westin Hotel. The Domain offers nearly eight million square feet of mixed-use space for living, working, dining and playing.

There is a local library and a park. Katherine Fleischer Park has a community center and gazebo, a large heavily shaded playground, a pool, sports courts and fields. The trails that cross Wells Branch neighborhoods are also part of the park. And they occasionally offer free outdoor events.

This area also offers another pool, Willow Bend Pool, with a six lane, 25 yard pool and a baby pool enclosed by a fence and gate.  Willow Bend Pool is open year round.

The Wells Branch Recreation Center offers an indoor basketball gym, fitness room, recreational game rooms with pool, Foosball, air hockey and table tennis. They also offer fitness classes and meeting rooms.

There are three colleges/universities withing 15 minutes of Wells Branch, Austin Community College, about 9 miles; and The University of Texas at Austin, about 12 miles.
