The Austin Home and Garden Show 2014 offers ideas and inspiration for your home beautification projects this year.  You’ll find thousands of square feet of exhibits by builders and contractors, to help you create your dream home, and displays of decks, pools, spas, entertainment systems, storage systems, plants, landscapes, kitchenware and lots more to inspire and delight.

The festivities will include a visit by Jeff Devlin, the host of “Spice Up My Kitchen”, “I hate My Bath” and “Good, Better, Best” television programs.  “A professional carpenter with more than 15 years of experience, Jeff Devlin has a passion for designing, creating and building things. He started as an apprentice for a historic home remodeler, where he honed his skills in the trade and gained a deep appreciation for the character, craftsmanship and beauty of historic dwellings. Jeff’s passion and dedication, along with his natural ability to entertain, led him to the world of television.”

This years Austin Home And Garden Show features an Art, Gift and Gourmet Center for shopping, a Keep Austin Weird Feature Area, for the children Costco hosts a Kid’s Zone, there will be a Kid’s Snow Globe Photo feature, pet adoptions by Austin Humane Society, Birds of Prey demonstrations and DIY seminars all weekend long.

Parking
“Convention Center Parking is available for $7.00 a day: spaces are available at the garage located 2 blocks west of the Center, at 201 East 2nd Street. Entrances are on Brazos and San Jacinto streets. An additional 600 parking spaces are available at the parking garage at Red River and 5th Street.”
