Modern Home Tour Austin 2014
Now here’s something wonderful to do in the middle of winter that will spark your creative juices and dazzle your senses! It’s the Modern Home Tour Austin 2014! This year the tour creators have selected 16 beautiful homes in a variety of neighborhoods, styles and price ranges.
After you purchase and pick up your tickets you can view the homes in any order you like, at any pace you like and with the convenience of your own car as transportation. You can bring the children, but they ask that you leave the strollers in the car and use a back-pack for the little ones. Each home will have it’s own set of rules, such as wearing shoes in the house or not and whether or not you can take pictures.
Some homes will offer food and drink, but they ask that you not bring any food or drinks into any homes. As with any art object, and these homes are art, you’ll need to observe a bit of respect by not sitting on the furniture and be sure to stop to use the bathroom between homes, because the facilities will not be available in the tour homes. No dogs will be allowed in the homes, so be sure to leave your 4 legged friends at home.

Advance Tickets are $30 until the day before the tour and then they will be sold at $40.
Children under 12 are free.
There will also be a party after the tour, at this time the location has not been announced.
