Republic of Texas Biker Rally 2013 – Cool Things To Do In Austin
This summer don’t miss the Republic of Texas Biker Rally 2013! It’s the largest motorcycle rally in Texas and one of the largest in the entire country. This is a four day event, starts the second Thursday in June and runs through the weekend. Not only will you enjoy a wide variety of custom and classic motorcycles, but there will be plenty of high caliber music as well.
This year’s line-up of music is sure to please, featuring, Vitera, Los Lonely Boys, Ray Wylie Hubbard, David Allan Coe, Vince Neil, Twisted Sister, Omar and the Howlers, Think Lizzy, undisKovered, VooDoo Blue, The Cadillac Black, Matt Begley & Bitter/Whiskey, John Garr, Cosmic Wolf and more.
The official site of the Republic of Texas Biker Rally 2013 will be the Travis County Expo Center and highlights include a ride in bike show, custom bike builders, The World Famous Wall of Death, comedians, national named bands, The Paradise Bar, stunt riders, Tattoo expo, ladies contests and the Friday night parade of motorcycles.
The city of Austin closes off 54 square blocks downtown for a party on Congress Avenue on Friday night. They are expecting more than 50,000 participants and over 200,000 spectators in the downtown streets of Austin during the Friday night of ROT.

If you’re currently serving in the military (active or reserve) or a veteran and you’re going to ROT BIKER RALLY 2013, you have an opportunity to win a one-of-a-kind custom motorcycle built by COUNT’S KUSTOMS. With an estimated value of $45,000.00. The bike is currently being built at COUNT’S KUSTOMS in Las Vegas and will be completed February 15, 2013. COUNT’S KUSTOMS will unveil the bike to ROT BIKER RALLY on COUNTING CARS – HISTORY CHANNEL in Las Vegas (show will air late spring 2013). The bike will be given away live by COUNT’S KUSTOMS at Travis County Expo Center (Main Stage Amphitheater) on Saturday, June 15 at 9:30 pm. The winner must be present to win and prove military status.”
The ROT Rally officially starts on Thursday, June 13th at 8am. The ROT Rally is an all-weather event, and it will be held, rain or shine. Rally Ends Noon Sunday, June 16, 2013! Pre-registration opens January 2013.
Tickets ($60 per person) are for the duration of the rally and provide full access to all concerts, shows, exhibits and vendors. You must be 18 to enter the rally grounds. ID required. No refunds.
