Austin Parade of Homes 2012 – Cool Things To Do In Austin
The Home Builders Association of Greater Austin Parade of Homes 2012 will showcase the newest developments in design, construction, interior design and landscaping. The timing couldn’t be better, considering the Austin real estate market upswing.
This year marks the 58th Annual Parade of Homes. Expect to be wowed by a variety of custom home designs on acreage lots with hill country views! Among the building styles included are Texas Hill Country, Craftsman, Soft Contemporary and Ultra Modern.
This year the homes in the parade are priced from mid $700,000 to over $1,000,000. As always there will be lots to see in the way of interesting decor, outstanding landscaping and plenty of fabulous ideas to enjoy!

This custom home community is just 20 minutes southwest of Austin. Located on Circle Drive near the Thomas Springs Road intersection, Overlook Estates is just west of the ‘Y’ in Oak Hill

Tickets are available at the gate (cash only)
$15 for adults 18 and over
$25 for couples
$12 for seniors 62 and better as well as children 3 to 17 years
Children under 3 are admitted free
With a military ID, tickets are$10
